They are trained in how to evaluate, diagnose, recommend and deliver a treatment plan that manages issues within these systems, according to your preferences. A chiropractorā€™s education also includes courses in radiology, pain management, prescribed exercise and rehabilitation, among others.

I grew up in the Ottawa Valley, and ran long distance competitively in high school and university. I still train and compete in road racing as well as trail ultramarathons. Since Iā€™ve been involved in endurance sports, I have a keen interest in treating injured runners, cyclists, and triathletes. I also love finding ways to help them perform better. Although I have a niche, my real passion is to get you moving better, and getting you back to what you love through a hands-on, and systematic approach.
